PROJECT SOWING & REAPING is designed to bring Relief – Reconciliation – Restoration to the people of New Orleans and the Gulf Coast area. We are accomplishing this task by responding to families in need of relief and relocation, 2) establishing educational tutorial assistance for displaced children and adults in Hampton Roads, School Assemblies, Reading and Character based curricula. 3) Mobilize American youth and young adults to serve long and short – term in rebuilding the city of New Orleans, that means serving on site in New Orleans and Hampton Roads, VA. We will also offer relief and restoration for families located in other cities serving as refuge for evacuees of Hurricane "KATRINA". |

PROJECT SOWING & REAPING
Canaan Productions, Inc. began its community work in New Orleans 20+
years ago, now based in Hampton Roads Virginia. It’s Founder, Ronald Atkinson is from New Orleans. The “It’s About the Children Campaign“ was scheduled to come along side New Orleans Public School Fall 2005 to serve its 65,000 children through classroom, campus, community and corporate educational and entrepreneurial curricula.

To accomplish this project we partner with families, churches, community groups, and corporate entities.
Phase II of our efforts include a collaborative strategy with JP Enterprises, LLC in building homes for the teachers and families in need of adequate housing in New Orleans. Some of the features of these homes include: minimum down payment of $500, 20 year roof, completely furnished home, building time 7 days, and highly efficient designed.
